It Started with a Gap

I’m Victoria Kouyoumjian, and I founded Clinker Brick Group after repeatedly seeing the same challenge inside technology companies: world-class engineering struggling to find a clear, credible business voice.

My career has spanned the full product lifecycle. I began as an application developer at Esri, moved into Product Management at HP to master how products are built and scaled, and transitioned into Product Marketing at AWS, Sprinklr, and GoDaddy, to focus on how complex platforms are understood, adopted, and grown. Most recently, I led enterprise AI go-to-market initiatives at Intel.

That path gave me a rare advantage: the ability to operate fluently across engineering, product, marketing, and executive teams — and to translate technical depth into narratives that resonate with real buyers.

I bring the constructive rigor required to turn complexity into market-ready clarity, and the discipline to ensure strategies translate into execution. I’ve led global go-to-market efforts for foundational AI, cloud, and SaaS platforms, and I bring that same standard to every engagement.

In architecture, a clinker brick is one that survives the highest heat of the kiln. It emerges stronger, denser, and uniquely suited to reinforce the structure around it.

That metaphor reflects my approach to go-to-market leadership. My perspective has been forged through more than 15 years in high-pressure environments — from launching foundational AI services at AWS, to navigating hyper-growth at Sprinklr, to shaping enterprise strategy at Intel.
